How wonderful to see the long awaited website up and running! I just wanted to let you know I think of you all daily, and that Wildcat's den is truly Bellingham. We'll see how long this hiatus lasts...I love you all so much!

Flavor Suggestions

Yay! I've been waiting for this day for some time.

Dear Ben, Liana, Devin and you wonderful crew at Mallards,

HI! I love your ice cream. My heart swoons at the mere mention of the cardamom ice cream you make. IF you’re open, which it sounds like you are, here are some flavor ideas, culled from my brain and those of my ‘Hamster friends.

-Vanilla bean ice cream with just a drizzle of balsamic vinegar on top. TRY IT. If you don’t try anything else, try this. You will thank me. I got it out of the Joy of Cooking, so you know it has to be good.

-Lemon-Basil

-Buttered Rum (brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and butter)

-Raspberry blueberry sorbet

-Satsuma-ginger sorbet (maybe with allspice?)

-Chocolate cardamom

-Chamomile-Lemon (with just a touch of licorice root)

-Pear and Cider

-Lemongrass Tamarind
